💼 Wholesale Account & Ordering
1. How do I create a wholesale account?
To access pricing and place orders, you’ll need to create a wholesale login. Please visit our Wholesale Login page to request access.
2. Is there a minimum order quantity or value?
Yes, our minimum order value is $150 excluding GST for customers on account and $500 and/or 3 pieces, whichever is greater, for new customers.
3. Can I backorder items that are currently out of stock?
Yes. You can place a backorder directly on the product page. Production will begin once we receive final approval from you via email.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
4. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer Australia-wide next-day delivery for account holders who place orders before 10:30 AM AEST.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We’ll source the most affordable and secure shipping options and confirm costs with you before dispatching your order.
🔁 Returns & Warranty
6. What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted for change of mind. Returns are only accepted if agreed upon before shipping and must be made within 7 days of receipt. All approved returns will be issued as a store credit only — no refunds.
7. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All our products come with a warranty. We pride ourselves on our strict quality control processes, and if an item is deemed to be genuinely faulty, it will be replaced, repaired, or credited accordingly.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFT, Visa, and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express or cheques.
9. Are prices inclusive or exclusive of GST?
All prices displayed are exclusive of GST. GST is calculated in the cart prior to checkout.
